Finish Line Transmissions' limited warranty covers all new products for six (6) months from the date of purchase; and all repair service for thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase. Finish Line Transmissions' sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at its option, the defective parts at no charge to the customer.

This warranty does not apply to unsatisfactory product performance which is attributed in whole or in part, to any factor, condition or circumstance other than defects in material or workmanship. Without limiting the foregoing, this warranty shall be null and void if repair or replacement is required because:

• Any product that has been physically altered, improperly installed or maintained.
• Any product used in an improper application, abused or not used in connection with the proper parts.
• Any product that is defective due to accident, physical or electrical stress, neglect misuse or any other cause other than the ordinary and intended use for which the product was designed, or if the product has been dismantled, altered or repaired by the customer or by any means other than a Finish Line Transmissions' technician.
• Any product where proper cooling and / or fluid levels have not been maintained.

This warranty expressly does not cover loss or injury from the use of the product.

As a condition of this warranty the customer must return any allegedly defective product, freight prepaid to Finish Line Transmissions, 801 N. Central, Wood Dale, IL 60191, accompanied by a packing slip indicating the shipper, a copy of the original invoice and returned merchandise authorization, which can obtained from Finish Line Transmissions.

This warranty is non-transferable.
