Shop hours for Finish Line Transmissions (FLT) are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday CST.
Direct sales to individuals for both new products and repairs are
welcomed and encouraged. FLT also offers dealer programs to retail
shops that meet minimum stipulations including proof of business.
We are committed to providing you with exceptional, personal customer
service and satisfaction.
Any transmission orders taken from Finish Line Transmissions are
required a 50% down payment remitted by means of Cashier's Check,
PayPal, Visa, Master Card, or Discover (U.S. ONLY). All International
transmission orders must have payment remitted by means of bank wire
transfer or PayPal and must be prepaid in full.
Under no circumstances will exceptions to these terms be granted.
All transmissions are shipped via truck freight either to a business or freight service
center. No residential delivery allowed.
Any cancellations on transmission orders are subject to a 10% processing
fee once deposit is submitted.
Full core charge will be applied if you DO NOT return your
transmission core within 30 days. If your core is determined NOT
rebuildable a partial core charge (50% of models listed below) will be applied. All core returns
must be the SAME MODEL purchased, unless pre-authorized by FLT.
